ZACHERY JACKSON PRESS RELEASE

District Attorney Daniella Shorter-Levy announces the conviction of ZACKERY JACKSON for 2 Counts of Aggravated Assault Domestic Violence.


On June 23, 2025, Zackery Jackson appeared before the Honorable Judge Tomika H. Irving in Copiah County Circuit Court and plead guilty to the aforementioned charge. Judge Irving sentenced Defendant Jackson, on both counts, to Five (5) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with Five (5) of those years suspended and Five (5) years of supervised probation. While on supervised probation Jackson is required to attend outpatient therapy for no less than One year.


Defendant Jackson is required to pay court cost in the amount of Four Hundred and Twenty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($427.50), and a bond fee as ordered by the Court.
